Construction stage
The 3 general contractors, EREN, MELSAM CONSTRUCTION and BRITT STRUCTURES, have advanced the works and there are currently in various stages of execution more than 55 villas within the first complete, sustainable suburb in Romania.
Status of the authorizations:

- Phase 1, Stage 2 and 3:
At this moment, most of the urban planning certificates have been obtained, as well as the necessary approvals and studies from the responsible authorities, in order to prepare the file for the construction permit. The approval of the Ilfov Environmental Protection Agency is expected.
All the documentation for obtaining the construction permit is prepared, and when the last approval is obtained from the Ilfov Environmental Protection Agency, the file will be submitted to the Town Hall of the Municipality of Tunari. - Phase 1, Stage 4:
At this moment, the urban planning certificates have been obtained, as well as most of the approvals and studies required to be obtained from the responsible authorities, in order to prepare the file for the construction permit. Work continues to obtain the other approvals and it is estimated that they will be obtained by the end of June.
- Phase 1, Stage 2 and 3:
This process is also carried out for the apartments developed within the complex.
At this moment, most of the urban planning certificates have been obtained, as well as the necessary approvals and studies from the responsible authorities, in order to prepare the file for the construction permit. We are waiting for the approval from the Romanian Waters National Authority.
All the documentation for obtaining the construction authorization is prepared, and when the last approval from the Romanian Waters National Authority is obtained, the file will be submitted to the Town Hall of the Municipality of Tunari.

- Phase 2:
The documentation for obtaining the urban planning certificates was submitted to the Town Hall of Tunari commune. Once they are obtained, the company’s team of architects will work on the documentation to obtain all the necessary approvals and studies from the responsible authorities, in order to prepare the file for the construction permit.
- Phase 2:
Access prohibited in the Amber Forest construction site
We would also like to inform you that access to the Amber Forest site is prohibited to unauthorized persons.
